Company Overview

Lithium Springs is a Perth-based lithium development company with highly prospective tenure in Australia and Nova Scotia, eastern Canada. The Lithium Springs board and management comprises of experienced professionals with industry-specific experience and complementary skills required for the identification and development of lithium assets essential for the growth of the global lithium-ion battery supply chain.

The Lithium Springs flagship project is the Brazil Lake Lithium project located in southern Nova Scotia, 25km from the township of Yarmouth, a tier 1 mining jurisdiction, we benefit from a province with a significant existing mining culture in addition to access to government incentives implemented to fast-track Canada’s role in the lithium-ion battery sector and the clean energy economy. Southern Nova Scotia is a lightly wooded region, sparsely populated and serviced by superior infrastructure including sealed roads and proximity to ports in Yarmouth (25km) and Shelburne (98km).

The Brazil Lake Lithium Project is comprised of 3 ore bodies – North Pegmatite, South Pegmatite and the Army Road Pegmatite, all aligned in parallel at a downward dip of 20 degrees. North Peg and South Peg outcrop at surface while the Army Road Pegmatite is covered at the closest point to the surface of 5m of cover.

The combination of 6,500m of historic drilling and the Lithium Springs fully-funded 28,000m of diamond drilling has produced an outstanding maiden JORC resource of 10.01Mt @ 1.20% Li2O at 0.33% Li2O cutoff grade. The Brazil Lake project has real mine development potential located in tier 1 mining jurisdiction with significant Canadian federal and Nova Scotian provincial government incentives that are matching the funds available under the US federal government’s Inflation Reduction Act and development grants from the US departments of Defense and Energy. These present further funding opportunities for critical mineral development especially given Canada’s classification as US domestic supply source.

Lithium Springs maintains a presence in the booming Australian hard-rock lithium space with highly prospective ground in the Arunta Pegmatite Zone in the Northern Territory.

Lithium Springs is in the process of engaging and aligning with suitable partners and investors, having undergone a comprehensive due diligence process, to highlight development potential on the doorstep of major North American downstream processing capacity in need of local lithium feed material sources.
