JORC Resource

The deposit hosts an independent JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate of 10Mt @ 1.20% Li2O (0.33% cut-off) across three (3) spodumene bearing pegmatite dykes. All pegmatite dykes remain open along strike with potential for significant resource growth.

It is an exceptionally high-quality and robust Mineral Resource Estimate:

  • 62% within the Measured and Indicated categories
  • 88% (~8.85Mt) averages 1.3% Li2O
  • 76% (~7.64Mt) averages above 1.4% Li2O
  • 66% (~6.56Mt) averages above 1.5% Li2O

A breakdown of the Mineral Resource Estimate, which incorporates 174 diamond core drill holes for over 35,000 metres of drilling is as follows:

Highlights of diamond core drilling included in the Mineral Resource Estimate:

  • BL-93-04 which hit 41.80m @ 1.27% Li2O from 47m depth
  • BZ-02-04 which hit 35.80m @ 1.38% Li2O from 52m depth
  • BZ-10-20 which hit 28.40m @ 1.33% Li2O from 1.5m depth
  • AR-22-06a which hit 18.04m @ 1.66% Li2O from 347m depth
  • AR-23-042 which hit 19.00m @ 1.89% Li2O from 357m depth
  • AR-23-038 which hit 27.00m @ 1.59% Li2O from 281m depth
  • AR-23-057 which hit 34.00m @ 1.50% Li2O from 471m depth

The current Mineral Resource Estimate will be used to support feasibility studies where the Company is hoping to achieve a base-case that comprises of a low-CAPEX circa 180Ktpa operation producing a clean SC6 product (6% Li2O spodumene concentrate) for domestic and/or global markets. The first stage in this regard will be the commissioning of a Preliminary Economic Assessment/Scoping Study. If further exploration success and an increase in mineral resources is achieved, expanded production scenarios will be assessed.
